Order Cakes

CAKES

All of our regular cakes are made with three moist layers and filled with a filling of your choice that compliments the cake choice.  Monday to Thursday 48 hours to 2 weeks notice is required for regular cake orders, as we bake your cakes fresh to order just they way you like. Orders for Friday or Saturday may require more notice depending on the existing orders, usually minimum 6 weeks and up to 12 weeks notice as our dates book quickly. Regular cakes are cakes that are simply decorated and iced with buttercream or ganache. Writing on your cakes can be done at no additional charge.  Call our Airdrie location to check your desired date.

6” round serves 6 to 8         $25  Square serves 8-10 $30

8” round serves 10 to 12     $35  Square serves 12-16 $45

10” round serves 16 to 20 $45    Square serves 20-25 $55

12” round serves 25 to 30        $60    Square serves 30-35 $70

 Some cakes may be up to $5-15 more per cake if it requires specialty ingredients.

Prices above are a base price for regular cakes.  Prices do not include custom decorations.

FONDANT CAKES

Fondant is a rollable icing that is sweet and a little chewy.  Some people love the taste of fondant but mostly people enjoy the way fondant looks.  Fondant gives your cake a perfect looking finish.  For regular cakes that are covered in fondant and simply decorated expect a $10 to $30 per cake extra charge. There may be additional charges if the decoration is more detailed.

CUSTOM CAKES

Custom Cakes are classified as any cake requiring extra attention to detail, extra time spent on decoration, cakes with fondant figurines, sculpted cakes and wedding cakes.
 
Wedding Cakes require minimum 3 months notice.

Custom cakes require minimum 2-3 months notice depending on date availability so that your cake receives the attention necessary to make it spectacular.  As we only make a certain number of custom cakes for any one date, ordering as early as possible to reserve your date is best.  Wedding cakes require a minimum of 3-6 months notice with a 50% deposit to reserve your date, although if the date is available, we will take shorter notice wedding cakes with payment in full.  Wedding Cakes have a minimum order of $250 to reserve the date, most wedding cakes average $500+ depending on details required.  Delivery charges for set-up and delivery average $50 to $100 depending on the area and set-up required.

Custom cakes are quoted individually according to size and amount of detailed decoration required.  Custom cakes start at $100 although we can create a cake for you within your budget with less detail.
 
Sculpted and tiered cakes start at $150 depending on the details. The size and amount of detail required can change the price of your cake.  3D cakes serving  20 people start at $200
