Cupcakes

We offer almost every cake flavour in a cupcake.  With a traditional vanilla, cream cheese, ganache or chocolate buttercream crown.  Some of our daily flavours include …

Red Velvet...a light vanilla cocoa cake with red food color and topped with cream cheese icing

Dark Chocolate...rich chocolate cake topped with dark chocolate ganache

Marble...half chocolate, half vanilla bean cupcake topped with ganache and cream cheese icing

Pumpkin Spice...the flavors of pumpkin pie topped with cream cheese icing

Chocolate...rich chocolate cake topped with a chocolate swiss meringue  buttercream

Carrot...our moist carrot cake topped with cream cheese icing

Vanilla...vanilla bean cupcake topped with vanilla bean swiss meringue buttercream,  this cupcake MUST be served at room temperature

Chocolate Pretzel...rich chocolate cake topped with ganache and rolled in crushed pretzels and garnished with a chocolate dipped pretzel (alternatively potato chips can be substituted...oddly delish!)

Vanilla Strawberry...vanilla bean cupcake topped with strawberry swiss meringue buttercream, this cupcake MUST be served at room temperature

Chocolate Banana...moist chocolate banana cake topped with cream cheese icing and a dollop of ganache

We do not, and will not flavor our cupcakes and icings with artificial flavorings instead opting for vanilla beans, fruit purees, fresh fruit and vegetables, quality chocolate, sweet butter and more whip cream than you can imagine.  

 Stuffed Cupcakes $2.75 each or $27.50/dozen

Fresh baked cupcakes "stuffed" with decadent fillings and topped with a rich buttercream, ganache or whipped cream icing.

A daily selection will be available in the pastry case.  Some flavours will be available only on certain days of the week so be sure to pre-order your favourite!  Some of our daily flavors include:

Lemon..vanilla bean cupcake "stuffed" with our homemade lemon curd, topped with cream cheese icing

*Chocolate Mousse...rich chocolate cupcake "stuffed" with chocolate mousse, topped with ganache

German Chocolate...chocolate cupcake "stuffed" and topped with a brown sugar, coconut and pecan icing

*Cookies 'n' Cream...rich chocolate cupcake "stuffed" and topped with an Oreo cookie whipped cream

*Raspberry Cream...vanilla bean cupcake "stuffed" and topped with a raspberry whipped cream 

*Vanilla Cream...vanilla bean cupcake "stuffed" with vanilla whipped cream, topped with cream cheese icing

*Coconut Cream...vanilla bean cupcake "stuffed" with homemade coconut pastry cream, topped with cream cheese icing and rolled in coconut

Chocolate Peanut Butter...rich chocolate cupcake "stuffed" with thick peanut butter icing, topped with ganache

*Banana Split...banana pineapple cupcake "stuffed" and topped with strawberry whipped cream, drizzled with chocolate ganache, sprinkles and a cherry on top!

*Creamsicle...vanilla bean cupcake "stuffed" with a vanilla orange mousse topped with a ring of cream cheese icing and another dollop of vanilla orange mousse.

Rolo...chocolate cupcake that is "stuffed" with homemade soft caramel topped with ganache, more caramel and mini Rolos for garnish. 

Skor Bar....rich chocolate cupcake "stuffed" with just a little sticky caramel topped with caramel swiss meringue buttercream and rolled in chopped Skor bar...this cupcake MUST be served at room temperature

*requires refrigeration because of whipped cream filling and topping*  

Although some people like cold cupcakes, we do suggest serving cupcakes after they have been at room temperature long enough to take the chill off...usually 45 minutes is sufficient.  We do not suggest any of the cupcakes that have whipped cream fillings or toppings sit at room temperature longer than 2 hours.
